Refund policy

30-day return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for a full refund. Items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Returned with the original IGI certificate
- Returned with the original packaging where possible
How to return an item
- Email hello@lychora.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return.
- We’ll send a prepaid, insured return shipping label.
- Pack the item with all original materials (certificate, box, care card).
- Drop off at any authorized carrier location.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3 business days of arrival), we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Who pays return shipping?
- We pay for returns due to defects, damage in transit, or items that don’t match the listing.
- You pay $15 for change-of-mind returns (deducted from your refund).
Non-returnable items
- Custom or engraved pieces
- Items returned without the original IGI certificate
- Items showing signs of wear or alteration
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or piece, email us and we’ll arrange an even exchange (no restocking fee). Size exchanges on rings ship within 5–7 business days of receiving the original.
