Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not currently available.
Shipping rates
- Standard insured shipping (3–5 business days): Complimentary on all orders.
- Express insured shipping (1–2 business days): $15 flat fee.
Every shipment is fully insured for the order value, requires signature on delivery, and ships in discreet packaging.
Processing time
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days of order placement. Sized rings and made-to-order pieces may take 5–7 business days.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Lost or stolen packages
All shipments are insured. If a package is marked delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact us within 7 days at hello@lychora.com and we’ll file an insurance claim. Replacement or refund will be issued once the claim is resolved.
Address changes
If you need to change your shipping address, email us within 1 hour of order placement. After that, we cannot guarantee changes — orders are released to fulfillment quickly.
Risk of loss
Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. Because all shipments are insured, you are protected against loss in transit.
