This website is operated by Lychora. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Lychora. By accessing or using this site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Products

We make every effort to display the colors and details of our products accurately. We cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will be perfectly accurate to the physical piece. Carat weights, dimensions, and certificate details are accurate to the listed specifications.

All center stones above 0.25ct are lab-grown diamonds, certified by the International Gemological Institute (IGI). Lychora does not sell mined diamonds.

3. Pricing

Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrectly listed price.

4. Order acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute order acceptance. We reserve the right to verify orders and may decline or cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, payment issues, or inventory errors. If we cancel an order, we will refund any payment in full.

5. Payments

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. You represent and warrant that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and the "Lychora" name — is the property of Lychora and protected by US and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lychora’s total liability arising out of or relating to any purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
